1. General Provisions
1.1. These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the “Program”) govern the participation of individuals and/or legal entities (the “Affiliate”) in the VipWisher referral program operated through https://vipwisher.com (the “Service”).
1.2. The purpose of the Program is to promote the Service and attract new customers through referral links.
1.3. Participation in the Program is voluntary. By registering and using a referral link, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the VipWisher Privacy Policy.
2. Participation Terms
2.1. The Affiliate will receive a unique referral link to promote VipWisher.com.
2.2. A “Referred User” is defined as a person who has not previously completed a purchase on VipWisher.com and who makes their first paid order using the Affiliate’s referral link.
2.3. The Affiliate will receive a fixed commission for each successfully paid order made by a Referred User:
• $6 commission for each video greeting purchase (or equivalent in another currency).
2.4. All subsequent purchases made by the same Referred User will continue to be attributed to the Affiliate and will generate commission at the established rate.
2.5. Payouts are made once per calendar month via bank transfer, Revolut, PayPal, Wise, or another mutually agreed payment method provided by the Affiliate.
2.6. A minimum payout threshold applies. The current minimum payout amount is $30 unless otherwise updated by VipWisher.
3. Program Duration
3.1. The Program is valid until December 31, 2027.
3.2. After this date, new Affiliate registrations may be suspended unless the Program is extended.
3.3. VipWisher reserves the right to terminate or extend the Program at its discretion with at least 7 days’ prior notice.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1 The Affiliate agrees to:
– Promote the Service in an honest, ethical, and lawful manner
– Refrain from spam, misleading claims, fake accounts, or fraudulent activities
– Avoid representing VipWisher content as real celebrities or official endorsements
– Provide accurate and complete payment information
– Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data protection laws
4.2 The Affiliate has the right to:
– Receive commission for eligible referred sales
– Request information regarding earnings and payouts
4.3 VipWisher reserves the right to:
– Verify the accuracy of Affiliate-provided information
– Adjust commission rates with at least 7 days’ prior notice
– Suspend or terminate Affiliate participation if:
• violations of these Terms are detected
• fraudulent, artificial, or abusive traffic is identified
• deceptive marketing practices are used
• incorrect payment information is provided
– Update these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the Website.
5. Payment Procedure
5.1. Commissions are calculated based on successfully paid and completed orders recorded in the system.
5.2. Earnings statistics are available in the Affiliate dashboard and are updated automatically.
5.3. Commission is paid only for orders that:
– have been successfully paid by the customer
– have not been canceled or refunded
– have been fully received by VipWisher
If an order is refunded, the corresponding commission will be deducted from future payouts.
5.4. VipWisher is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by incorrect banking or payment details provided by the Affiliate.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. VipWisher shall not be liable for technical failures related to payment processors, hosting providers, internet connectivity, or third-party services.
6.2. The Affiliate is solely responsible for the legality and compliance of their promotional activities.
6.3. If the Affiliate violates these Terms, VipWisher reserves the right to cancel unpaid commissions.
7. Termination of Participation
7.1. The Affiliate may terminate participation in the Program at any time by contacting VipWisher support.
7.2. VipWisher may terminate participation immediately and without prior notice if:
– these Terms are violated
– fraud or artificial traffic is detected
– repeated customer complaints are received
– the Affiliate remains inactive for more than 3 consecutive months
8. FTC Disclosure Requirement (Important Addition)
8.1. Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with VipWisher when promoting the Service, in accordance with applicable advertising laws, including U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
8.2. Sponsored or affiliate content must include appropriate disclosures such as “affiliate link” or “I may earn a commission from this link.”
9. Final Provisions
9.1. This Program does not constitute an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture agreement.
9.2. Participation in the Program constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
9.3. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be resolved under the applicable laws governing the Service operator.
